Payformance offers extensive support to providers using PaySpan Health for electronic payments and ERA auto-posting. Providers have access to the Support Center to gain assistance from 7am to 9pm, Monday through Friday. Payformance is constantly evaluating the support load in the Center and hours of operation will be expanded if required.
Providers can contact the Support Center by email or telephone. Existing PaySpan Health users should contact the Support Center by sending an email to providersupport@payspanhealth.com or by calling 1-877-331-7154.
Note that Payformance is also available to provide training to providers regarding the use of the PaySpan Health system. Training can be provided by an online demonstration or an onsite visit.
